1. Introduction

ROSTRY ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Louvr Labs. ROSTRY is an app that helps people organize and run amateur recreational sports leagues. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the ROSTRY app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (handled securely by our authentication provider)
• Profile information: an optional profile photo
• League content you provide: leagues, teams, players, schedules, scores, attendance (RSVPs), and chat messages
• Payment records: who has paid, amounts, status, and method (card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card number)
• Technical and usage data needed to operate the app reliably

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the ROSTRY service
• Run your leagues (schedules, rosters, standings, chat)
• Process and track league payments
• Send you notifications about your leagues
• Provide support and keep the service secure

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments

League fees are set by commissioners and paid by members. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's terms. ROSTRY charges a per-transaction service fee on payments processed through the app, which is shown before a payment is made (no hidden fees). We store payment records (such as who paid and the amount) but never your full card details, which are handled by Stripe.

5. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• Within your leagues — other members can see information appropriate to that league (e.g. your name and photo; commissioners can see your payment status)
• Service providers — Google (Firebase) and Stripe
• Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect rights and safety

We never sell your personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, and notifications
• Stripe — payment processing
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed, except limited records (such as payment/transaction records) we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents (CCPA) have the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights, and we do not sell personal information. Users in the EU/EEA and UK (GDPR) have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port their data. To exercise any right, contact us at lopezsellesarnau@gmail.com.

9. Children

ROSTRY is intended for adults who organize and participate in recreational leagues, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
